Currently we only ship within United Kingdom and to Europe (EU, EEA & CH). If you live outside of these countries, you will not be able to purchase online via our website. Current flat rates for shipping of art prints of any size (without frame) / order:

Sustainable biodegradable packaging made from recycled materials are used for all art prints and sent with an end-to-end carbon neutral service.
Shipping costs for all other products will be calculated at checkout.
CUSTOMS
When ordering goods from the CP Gill Art website for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Please also note that when ordering from CP Gill Art you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. International customers should be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Delivery times can be affected due to packages being inspected by customs.
CANCELLATIONS
We hope you are happy with your purchase from the CP Gill Art website, however in the unfortunate event you are not satisfied with your purchase, please find our short version of our return and cancellation policies below. You can read the full text in Terms and Conditions of supply.
Open- and limited-edition prints, phone cases and other print-on-demand products (that are not customised) are treated as manufactured items and you have the right to cancel your Order prior to despatch or within 14 days of receiving your Goods, and you will receive a full refund.
If you wish to cancel your order please email us at contact@cpgill.art as soon as possible, but at the latest within 14 days of receiving your Goods.
If Goods have already been dispatched, you will be responsible for returning the Goods including all costs. You must return Goods within 14 days of notifying us of your intent to cancel. It is advisable to send any returns by a trackable method.
We will refund the price of the Goods to be returned in full (excluding the original postage cost of sending the Goods to you).
Framed art prints and print-to-order products that are bespoke and customised Goods cannot be resold by us and do not attract the cancellation rights that typically apply to a distance contract. If you change your mind prior to production starting and contact us to let us know, you will not be charged for your order. If you contact us to cancel your order after dispatch, a 50% fee of the cost of each returned item will be deducted from your refund.

RETURNS
Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary.
If we shipped you the wrong item or your item arrives damaged or in poor condition, simply email us a digital photo of the damaged or incorrect item and the packaging to (contact@cpgill.art). For faulty or damaged items, we will arrange for a customer returns form to be sent to you and the return shipping cost will be borne by us. Please contact us for instructions to the next step. A replacement item or refund will be issued on return of the faulty item.
If you change your mind or need to return an item for any other reason, we ask you to email us within 14 working days of receiving your order. From there we will instruct you as to the next step and arrange for a customer returns form to be sent to you.

Unfortunately, we do not offer a free return service and are unable to provide a return label. All unwanted purchases must be returned to our collection’s office in the UK (return address will be on the customer returns form). For this reason, we always ask you to choose carefully before buying.
If you cancel your Order in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Supply we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation and on return of the item. In this case we will refund the price of the Goods to be returned in full (excluding the original postage cost of sending the Goods to you).
In all cases we will only refund to the payment card used in the original purchase.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
Email us at contact@cpgill.art and let us know you wish to return your items. We will provide you with the correct returns address for your returns.
Return items will only be accepted if they are in unused, original condition, with any seals and shrink wrap intact within 14 days of receiving the item(s). Please enclose the original delivery note to help us identify your order. We can only accept the return and refund opened items if they are faulty.
Items delivered to an overseas address must be returned within 30 days of the cancellation date, unused, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and accompanied by the original delivery note to help us identify your order.
Goods must be returned at your own cost, and we would recommend that you return the goods by recorded delivery.
Nothing in these conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
EXCHANGES
Currently, we do not offer exchanges. However, we have a straightforward refund process for items returned within our return policy. Once you receive your refund, you can purchase the preferred item from our website.
